Epic

In the journey of the hero, there is always a monster that stands before him to test his skills, conviction, fear, wisdom and courage.

It may be a dragon or a reflection of himself. The hero fights because is his or her nature to throw himself into battle. There is no other option, is almost a ritual where the darkness inside him becomes so powerful that can ruin triumph over the enemy, if it wasn´t for a dim of light as hope to overcome his own violence.

Now, does it makes sense to you? Sure it doesn´t. Because reality is more powerful, chaotic and random that any story plot that our imagination can create. Yet, at least in the hero´s journey somehow there is always some sort of balance. Life, is not that fair.
